Resort/Hospitality Manager.
As Resort Manager (also suited to a Hospitality Manager), you’ll oversee day-to-day resort operations, including:
- Overseeing guest relations and maintaining high service standards
- Hiring, leading, training, and mentoring staff
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and front desk duties
- Creating a smooth, welcoming, professional guest experience
- Coordinating seasonal opening and closing
- Maintaining facilities, cabins, Lodge, full-service Marina, common areas, and grounds, being organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Developing and implementing guest programs and events
- Managing budgets, payroll, and financial reporting
- Liaising with vendors, contractors, and community partners
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations
In your application, please include:
- Previous and current hospitality, lodging, resort, or tourism management experience
- Your knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- How you demonstrated Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Your knowledge of booking systems and basic accounting, Excel, Word, Microsoft, and Google Products
- Examples of adaptability in a seasonal, outdoor resort environment
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
To be considered, an applicant must have:
- Canadian citizenship or Permanent residency
- A valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Strong English language skills
- A desire to work as an individual operator or as a couple team

Compensation and Benefits: - Salary range: $36,000 to $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Accommodation included (estimated value of $3,500 per month)
- Utilities and Wi Fi included (utilities within reason)
- Seasonal bonus based on performance and guest satisfaction (Negotiated)
