Resort/Hospitality Manager.
As Resort Manager (also suited to a Hospitality Manager), you’ll oversee day-to-day resort operations, including:

  • Overseeing guest relations and maintaining high service standards
  • Hiring, leading, training, and mentoring staff
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and front desk duties
  • Creating a smooth, welcoming, professional guest experience
  • Coordinating seasonal opening and closing
  • Maintaining facilities, cabins, Lodge, full-service Marina, common areas, and grounds, being organized, clean, and running efficiently
  • Developing and implementing guest programs and events
  • Managing budgets, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Liaising with vendors, contractors, and community partners
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations


In your application, please include:

  • Previous and current hospitality, lodging, resort, or tourism management experience
  • Your knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
  • How you demonstrated Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Your knowledge of booking systems and basic accounting, Excel, Word, Microsoft, and Google Products
  • Examples of adaptability in a seasonal, outdoor resort environment
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and problem-solving skills


To be considered, an applicant must have:

  • Canadian citizenship or Permanent residency
  • A valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Strong English language skills
  • A desire to work as an individual operator or as a couple team
  • Couples are encouraged to apply.

    Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: $36,000 to $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Accommodation included (estimated value of $3,500 per month)
  • Utilities and Wi Fi included (utilities within reason)
  • Seasonal bonus based on performance and guest satisfaction (Negotiated)

This is a serious compensation package, and the included accommodation adds significant value and stability, especially for anyone looking to simplify their cost of living.
