Walking up onto the deck, you’ll notice the picnic table with a market umbrella, fire stand and a Vermont Casting Gas BBQ. Now you can relax and soak up the sun on the loungers, gaze at the pine trees all around.
You’ll notice as you step into the open concept cabin the tile/ wood floors, and cathedral ceiling. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, gas stove, microwave, wooden dining set, beautiful oak cabinets stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, coffee pot and toaster. Who gets dibs on the rocking chair or on the futon right in front of the satellite TV? In the one-and two-bedroom cabins the beds are topped with a soft duvet comforter, which you just want to snuggle into. You may not need to bring that special pillow or blanky that you just can’t leave home without. A full-size bathroom with tub/shower combo, sink and toilet. Air-conditioned in the summer and forced air heat for the chilly nights. Bring your own beach blankets and beach towels.

Important Sunset Bay Cabin & Lodge Policies:
- All prices are plus applicable taxes and fees on accommodation rentals. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- For the comfort of all our guests, all accommodations are pet and smoke-free.
- Check-out is 11 am. Check-in is 4 pm.
- Beach and personal attire not supplied.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival date, the deposit is nonrefundable.
- 25% administration fee on all other refunds of 31 days or more.
- No refunds on early departures, late arrivals, evictions or weather related.
